The product

InsightHub.

Dashboards that come to you ready. Insights that appear when you ask for them. Data made simple — so you can focus on decisions, not dashboards.

Somebody is still doing this by hand.

Re-typing the report. Keeping the spreadsheet. Checking one screen against another because the two disagree. That work is what this replaces.

So we built InsightHub.

The same numbers, without the work.

The short version first

Experimental

It helps you understand what the numbers mean for your business, and points to the chart behind each one.

The same dashboard on a phone

Not a cut-down view — the same numbers, laid out for a smaller screen.

It arrives without you logging in

Chart types

Whatever shape the question needs

A dashboard is not one chart repeated. Below are all 53 chart types InsightHub can draw — twelve you would ask for by name, and the rest one search away.

312k

Big number with trend

The one figure that gets looked at first, and where it came from.

Line

Which way a number is heading, month by month.

Bar

Six branches ranked at a glance — or stacked, to show what each is made of.

Area

The same trend when the size underneath it matters — stacked, if the mix does too.

Table

When the exact figure is the point, not the shape.

Pie

How one total splits — sales mix, payment methods, categories.

Combo

An amount and a percentage on one plot, each on its own axis.

Country map

The same numbers by branch, on the country they came from.

Gauge

One number against the target it has to clear.

Funnel

Where orders fall out between quote and delivery.

Waterfall

What added up, what took away, and where it landed.

Pivot table

Rows against columns, with the subtotals already worked out.

312k

Big number

The figure on its own, when the trend behind it is somebody else's question.

Bullet

One measure against its target, and the ranges either side of it.

Time-series

Several measures on one timeline, each drawn the way it reads best.

Smooth line

The same trend with the month-to-month jitter taken out of the line.

Stepped line

A number that holds, then jumps — prices, rates, stock levels.

Scatter

Whether two things move together — and which points do not.

Bubble

Three numbers at once — two positions and a size.

Period pivot

This year laid over last year, on the same twelve months.

Time-series table

The figures, with the shape of each row running beside them.

Gantt

What runs when, and what overlaps what.

Horizon

Many series at once, folded into thin bands so they all fit.

Histogram

How your orders spread out, and where most of them land.

Box plot

The usual range, and the ones sitting well outside it.

Heatmap

Where the pressure is, across two things at once.

Calendar heatmap

Which days carry the work, across a whole year.

Paired t-test table

Whether the gap between two groups is real or just noise.

Treemap

Which products carry the value, sized by how much.

Sunburst

A breakdown inside a breakdown — region, then branch.

Partition

A hierarchy laid out as bars, level under level.

Tree

How a hierarchy actually branches — group, then item.

Radar

Several measures for one branch, read as a single outline.

Rose

A split where the sizes are meant to be compared, not just seen.

Parallel coordinates

Many measures per item, side by side on one plot.

Product Branch Customer Item Region Agent Invoice

Word cloud

What comes up most often in free text.

Sankey

Where the volume goes as it splits and rejoins.

Chord

How much moves between one group and another.

Network

Which accounts, items or people connect to which.

World map

The same numbers by country, for anyone selling past one border.

Cluster map

Every order, delivery or site as a point, grouped where they crowd.

Chart on a map

A small chart placed on the map at the place it belongs to.

Points on a map

Each record at its own coordinates, nothing aggregated.

Arc map

Movement between two places, drawn as the line between them.

Route map

The path something actually took, in order.

Polygon map

Areas you define — zones, territories, estates — coloured by their number.

Boundary map

Regions from a boundary file, shaded by what each one did.

Grid map

Points collapsed into squares, so a crowded map stays readable.

Hex bin map

The same, in hexagons, which tile without favouring a direction.

Screen grid map

Density across the whole view, on a fixed grid.

Map heatmap

Where the records crowd, as intensity rather than dots.

Contour map

Density drawn as rings, the way height is drawn on a survey map.

Layered map

Several of these at once, stacked on one map.

What you get

Built around your questions

We handle the setup, the connection and the dashboard design. You focus on the business.

Dashboards ready on day one

Sign in and see the numbers that matter to you. No setup, no configuration — we shape your AutoCount data into dashboards before you ever log in.

Request what you need

Need a new chart or a different view? Submit a request in plain language. We turn it into a dashboard — you focus on the decisions.

Reports in your inbox

Schedule recurring dashboard emails — daily, weekly, monthly. Your key numbers arrive when you need them, without logging in.

Secure by default

Single sign-on, organisation-scoped data, per-user access. Every number you see is yours to see.

AI Copilot

Experimental

Ask about the dashboard in front of you, in plain language. It reads the numbers, tells you what deserves attention and why, links you to the chart behind each point, and answers your follow-up questions.

AI CopilotExperimental

It reads the numbers before you do

Open a dashboard and InsightHub has already been through it. You get a short summary in plain language, the handful of things that deserve attention, and a link straight to the chart behind each one. Ask a follow-up in your own words and it answers from the same data.

It will not always be right, and it says so. Treat it as the colleague who read the report first — useful for knowing where to look, not for signing anything off.

AI AssistantExperimental

The year reads as profitable, but only because nothing has been recorded as a cost. Meanwhile a large share of what you have invoiced has not come back, and stock counts have gone below zero in places.

Costs are not being recorded, so profit reads as pure margin

Expenses come back as zero in every month, which makes profit identical to revenue. Until receiving is entered against purchase orders, there is no way to tell whether a sale made money.

Monthly financial

Some stock counts have gone below zero

Items are showing negative quantities, which usually means goods left without a matching receipt. Reorder suggestions and stock valuations cannot be trusted until those entries are found.

Negative stock items

A large share of this year’s invoices is still unpaid

Much of the outstanding balance is already past its due date. That is working capital sitting in customer accounts rather than in the bank.

Top outstanding debtors

Why is August so much bigger than every other month?

August carries a single invoice several times the size of a normal month’s sales. Take it out and the month sits in line with the rest of the year, so this is one order rather than a change in trend.

Why is it at that level? What should I look at next?

Experimental — AI can make mistakes. Check important figures.

Access and security

Who sees which numbers, down to the row

Three layers, and you set all three: who is in the organisation, which dashboards each group can open, and which rows of your data reach them.

Who is in

People belong to your organisation as Owner, Admin or Member. You add them and you remove them. Switching someone off takes their access away without erasing what they did.

Which dashboards

Group people the way the business already groups them — accounts, sales, one branch. A dashboard is either open to the whole organisation or restricted to the groups you name.

Which rows

Two people can open the same dashboard and see different numbers. Each person carries the values that identify them in your own data — a branch, a customer code — and only matching rows reach them. Set nothing, and they see nothing.

Sign-in is single sign-on. An administrator can disable an account, force a password reset, and see when someone last signed in and how many sessions they have open.

Getting started

Three steps from sign-in to answers

  1. 01

One click with single sign-on. Your account is ready, and the dashboards for your role are waiting the moment you arrive.

  2. 02

    Explore your data

Interactive charts with filters and drill-downs. Everything is live, everything is yours, nothing to build.

  3. 03

    Ask for more

Need a new angle? Open a request describing what you want to see. We turn your words into deliverables.

Questions about using it

The ones about working with us are answered on the home page.

Who builds the dashboards?
We do, against your chart of accounts, before you ever sign in. You are not handed an empty tool and a manual.
What if we need a number that is not on there?
Describe it in plain language and send it to us. We turn it into a dashboard, and it is there the next time you sign in.
Who can see what?
Sign-in is single sign-on, data is scoped to your organisation, and access is set per user — so the floor supervisor and the finance manager do not have to see the same screen.

Your insights are waiting.

If your account book is already in AutoCount, most of the work is done. Tell us what you need to see.

We work in partnership. That includes other people who build software: if you already have a team, or you are one, we are glad to take the piece that fits rather than the whole thing. Approaches about working together are welcome.
